The 60PGR-62BSTE series planetary gearbox circular DC brushless motor is an innovative product that combines advanced technology and precision craftsmanship.
Brushless motor gear reduction refers to the process of reducing the rotational speed and increasing the torque output of a brushless motor through the use of gears. The gear reduction system is used to match the motor's high-speed operation with the requirements of the driven load, which may demand lower speeds and higher torque. By incorporating a gear reduction mechanism, the brushless motor can deliver the desired output characteristics more effectively.
Brushless and DC planetary gear motors are types of motors that integrate a planetary gear system with a brushless or DC motor. In these motors, the planetary gearbox is specifically designed to work in conjunction with the brushless or DC motor, providing advantages such as increased torque, improved efficiency, and precise control. The planetary gear system consists of a central sun gear, multiple planet gears, and an outer ring gear, which work together to transmit torque and distribute the load across multiple gears, resulting in smoother operation and higher torque multiplication.
Brushless worm gear motor combines the benefits of a brushless motor with a worm gear system. The worm gear consists of a threaded shaft (worm) and a toothed wheel (worm gear).
